Following are the Sponsor levels for the 2025 Epic Night Out, and the specific recognition and exposure that each will receive as a family/business. We are a 501(c)(3) organization; for your records, our tax ID number is 04-2749765. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
2026 Epic Night Out Sponsorship Levels
PRESENTING SPONSOR – $1000
Company logo and name/family name and message will be prominently displayed on a large banner prior to, and at, the event, plus premier placement of a full-page ad in our event brochure (if applicable). Your generosity will be recognized at the event podium, on our website, in social media, and in all event correspondence. Following the event, the event sponsor banner will be displayed through the end of the year, along Main Street in front of Kids’ Corner, and we will thank our sponsors on our social media pages. Presenting sponsors receive two complimentary tickets to the event.
PARTNER – $500
Company name and logo/family name and message will be displayed on a large banner prior to, and at, the event, plus prominent placement of a half-page ad in our event brochure (if applicable). Your generosity will be recognized at the event podium, on our website, and in social media. Following the event, the event sponsor banner will be displayed through the end of the year, along Main Street in front of Kids’ Corner, and we will thank our sponsors on our social media pages.
LEADER – $250
Company name and logo/family name will be displayed on a large banner prior to, and at, the event, as well as in our event brochure. Following the event, the event sponsor banner will be displayed through the end of the year, along Main Street in front of Kids’ Corner. We will also thank all of our sponsors on our website, and on our social media pages.
FRIEND – $100
Company name/family name listed in our event program, and on our website.
